  1. Acceptance of the conditions

The customer acknowledges to have acquainted, at the time of the placing the order, special conditions of sale and expressly declares to accept them without reserve. The current general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between and its customers; both parties accept them without reserve. These general conditions of sale are applied whatever the order means chosen: by Internet or quite other order placing means. They can be changed at any time, the customer is thus invited to read them regularly. The orders are managed by the on-line general conditions at the date of the order.

The customer can be interested to resell products. In that case, he has to fill in an identification sheet on the website, to communicate his recording number with regard to the Commercial Register of his country and let know his motivations. reserves the right to accept or not his application. If he is accepted as retailer, he will be granted a special discounted price-list, according to a compulsory minimum order amount and will also have the possibility to manage his account on-line.   1. Delivery times

The orders are carried out every day from Monday till Friday. In receipt of the parcel by the customer, this one has a 48 hours period to indicate in writing (email, or registered mail) any complaint of nonconformity of products as regards: kind, quality or quantity with regard to the indications appearing on the invoice. Any complaint not done in rules, as defined above, can’t be taken into account and will release from any responsibility towards the customer.   1. Price

The price are written and debited in US dollars. The price, indicated on product sheets does not include the transport cost. The price indicated in the handling and confirmation of order is the final price and includes the price of products, the costs of handling, packaging, preservation of products and transport fees. In some cases, custom fees may be charged extra to the customer at the time of delivery.

  1. Secured payment

The price charged to the customer is the indicated price on the website, or on the confirmation of order sent to him by by email, if this e-mail address was passed on to us and valid. Several means of payment are proposed:
• Paypal, or any credit/debit card accepted by Paypal (through Paypal account)
• Bank transfer (if you bank account is outside India, you will have to pay extra charges)
The order will be carried out as soon as receives your full payment (in whatever form).
